Her official hours are daylight hours - girl has to sleep? after all, probably - but if you knock on the door at night she'll generally answer. Part of it. Part of my job is trying to keep small accidents from happening, that kind of thing.

I also monitor the facility in case something needs repairs. If it does, we need to get it fixed pretty darn fast.

Isolation, mostly. The ocean is mostly unexplored, it's easy to hide things here.
