OFFICE HOURS
Got something you want to say to your good friend The Professor's Assistant? Come on in, don't be shy! Her official hours are daylight hours - girl has to sleep? after all, probably - but if you knock on the door at night she'll generally answer. Please just make sure to leave the in-game date and time in the header of your toplevel!

I asked first. [ She slips into her usual seat, usual paper. To take notes, of course. ]
no subject
Not a whole lot, honestly. Just hanging out and listening to music.
[ The instructional book on sword-fighting that she's taking notes in is probably a little off from that, but. Details. ]

[ And, she starts off her writing with a little swirl on the paper. No questions yet, just some swirls. ]
no subject
[ She keeps an eye on the writing anyway, pen held close to her own book. ]
I like not getting hijacked.

[ There's...a moment of pause, but, well. Might as well jump into it. ]
So I'm here to ask about something that might a little...awkward.
no subject
Uh... shoot.

[ Oh that betrays it a little. ]

[ at least she seems to have been expecting the question ]

[ Perks of having a surveillance system, apparently. ]
But no, I can safely say I had no idea what was in there.
no subject
Kind of what I figured. You seem just as in the dark as we are.
[ Have there been any other things connected to you that you've found or heard about? ]
no subject
[ Just the Er- She pauses, a little startled. Eridium. It's called Eridium. ]
no subject
And that little sucker was tucked away tight, huh.
[ Do you know of anyone who might benefit from leaving that or your atlas scattered around here?
Or anyone who COULD leave them here? ]
no subject
Yeah. Inside a wrapper and ice in the back of a freezer... you know, if you guys would rather, I can hold onto it for you here. Just a thought.
no subject
...Would that be bad for you? I mean... Yeah, I'd really rather not start on a whole mutation process, but...the radioactive part... Shouldn't there be a way to dispose of it?
no subject
because
they clean bodies. ]I mean... I don't know about getting rid of it, but I have some space in back where I could put it without anyone having to worry about it. Besides, apparently I'm the one with the most exposure to it.
no subject
Not murder-related? ]
...Yeah, but you don't want to keep shoving someone who's had radiation therapy into more radiation. If there's a safe place to put it--fine. Just...don't start locking yourself in with it in close quarters.
no subject
I have a place, yeah. If nothing else I can just toss it down to the bottom of the ocean.
no subject
From the other facility maybe? ]
...Eh, there's probably something about causing some damage to the seafloor or something but I'm not about to complain.
[ note: this opinion is not shared by ashley, please do not cause damage to the seafloor ]
no subject
It shouldn't do much other than make a couple starfish upset?
[ or make an eridium-enhanced mutant crab or something but it's probably fine ]
no subject
Well, that's fine then! Screw starfihurrk. [ Oh no. She turns away and covers her mouth. ] You caught me off-guard, disgusting creatures.
